Come on guys, confession is good for the soul. The subject for todays confession is addiction.
What have you been addicted to in the past, what are you addicted to now, what would you like to be addicted to?
Me first.....
As a child I was addicted to TV and Trixie Beldon novels.
As a teen I was addicted to alchohol , smoking and boys.
As an adult I have been (past tense) addicted to TV soapies and romance novels.
I am currently addicted to my relationship with God(the way he makes me feel loved, precious, cared for and secure), truth, Blogging, dark chocolate and strong coffee.
I would like to be addicted to regular massages, time to myself, and travel to exotic locations.

All that sport! Do you miss it? If thats something that made you feel great as a kid it would probably work for you now too?
Your addictions sound a lot healthier than mine.
I completely agree that there is no replacement for happiness, peace and of course SMILES!
moonlight on water, hugs, the woody scent of a camp fire, snuggling into a sleeping bag in the early morning chill, rainbows, sunsets, mountain streams, hiking, meditating, good friends, and sunshine.....:)

Little Wing, I am seriously inspired by your addictions! I love those things too, except the sleeping bag! Somehow with family commitments and laziness I just don't take the time to enjoy those things as often as I should. We do have a cute little lake nearby and I have loved going for walks around it lately, early evenings are so beautiful with the water birds settling in for the night and sunset creating the most beautiful colours and reflections.

Cherries! My secret is I buy them and eat them all without my husband even knowing. I can eat them till I'm sick!
